We have all been there before, you are having car trouble and bring it into the mechanic. He brings it into his shop and you hope for the best. When you return to pick up your car you cringe as they give you a bill hoping it will be as low as possible. When you look at it, it's almost double the figure you were quoted. We understand nobody likes surprises when it comes to heating and air-conditioning repair and that's why we offer "Flat rate pricing". Flat rate pricing means you pay a fair, fixed, flat rate no matter how long it takes the technicians to do the repair, eliminating unpleasant surprises. Our service vans are stocked with most parts to fix the most common problems on site. Before any repair is performed you will be given an exact quote to repair the defective part(s). Sometimes after the initial repair is fixed, though rare, another defective part could be discovered. But again, that price is also quoted first before the repair is done.
